After taking two months off from swimming and other "extra" activities we are finally getting back into the swing of things. The kids started swimming lessons again last week and boy are they excited! Megan is doing her first big girl class all by herself. I can't believe how fast things change when you all of a sudden only have one child that is not old enough for his own class. The waiting gets so much easier. I can only imagine how great it will be when everyone is enrolled in this great activity.
When I was four years old or so my great grandma Viola started taking me to swimming lessons at Mt. Hood Community College... She enrolled my brother, sister and I every summer... about 2-3 sessions a summer. So it was probably no surprise I ended up living in the water as they say.

Having an injury in your back and being six months pregnant makes it difficult to exercise but in the water I am so much more flexible and light! :) I have experienced so much healing in my back do to the stretching and movements I can do in the water that I can not do outside the water.
I am also very excited to be anticipating another Water Birth. I have always labored in the water but for three of my births was "told" to get ou
I will talk more on this later!
